The add skills page on the control panel is just genius. I have never seen another server with a system like that for stolen skills .
I still think that it could be a little bit better though. I know this is a really long and ramble-y paragraph, but please read through it and tell me what you think. I think that on the Add Skills page of the control panel, you should make it so that you can, instead of wiping ALL of your skills and having to start over any time you want to change one skill, you can choose to wipe the skill from a specific job level, or to enter the skill id of what skill you want to remove, and it would just do nothing if you don't actually have that skill already. Also, you could put the skill id dropdown list as the part where you choose which skill you want to add, and it would make the whole process easier, because you wouldn't have to look for the id, THEN enter it. You would just look for it and click on it.
Thanks for reading my suggestion or at least skimming it or something.
Lars, if you read this you should add a suggestions category in the forum.

Thanks for reading my really long rambly paragraph thing. If you would like, I can try to make it for you.
EDIT: Also you should still add a suggestions category on this forum.
